Another Attempt At A Healthy Lifestyle

I joined Weight Watchers yesterday and so far, so good. I tried WW about 10 years ago and wasn't too impressed. I felt hungry all the time and my cheat days were enough to make me gain the weight I lost in a week! One of my friends joined as well and I figured I'd try it again. It's pretty simple and I like that fruits and veggies are free. I'm not loving the online community, it just doesn't have that warm support like Sparkpeople does, but it isn't bad. The only other thing I can't figure out is how to convert my FitBit steps into activity points.

It truly is exhausting to lose weight. I've been struggling with body issues for as long as I can remember. Maybe I'm blog about, maybe I won't. It's tough to relive it, but it might help others. Who knows?  I'm pretty sure I'll be dealing with it for the rest of my life. That is very daunting, but I just have to take it day by day, hell, even minute by minute if I have to!

  1. We really do just have to take it day by day. I think I will probably struggle for the rest of my life too, but as long as we keep working at it, we're at least moving in the right direction.
