I'm thinking of doing another half marathon or even try for a marathon. I always feel my best when I'm training for a race, even though you would probably know it since I complain so much about it. I'm thinking of one at the Outer Banks.
I'm trying to commit to being healthy and that starts with eating my last serving(s) of taco dip tonight until Labor Day. I made a deal with Matt and I plan on sticking to it. I made appointment with a nutritionist (my millionth one in the past ten years) and I found out that Blue Cross offers six free visits a year! I'm taking advantage of that!
