1800 Flowers has pissed me off BIG TIME!! 

I made two separate orders to be delivered on Friday on Wednesday....yeah, WEDNESDAY.
Around 4pm on Friday, I get an email saying that what I ordered wasn't available and to contact them with a new order. WTF?! They were already supposed to be delivered!!

Then I get this email: 

Dear Jen,


Thank you for contacting us.

We would like to inform you that two of your orders are scheduled for delivery 04/13/2012. Your tracking number is XXXXXXXX  with UPS. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We look forward to serving your future gifting needs.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at the address listed below.

Yeah, it's 4/15 at 7pm and no delivery to my friend Julie yet. Then I fired off this email:

I found out that the flowers WERE NOT delivered to the Beaverdam address and I'm very upset. I ordered these on WEDNESDAY!!! I don't have a lot of money and don't spend a lot on flowers, but when I do I order from your company. This was a special occasion and the flowers weren't delivered bottom line. Someone contacted me via email on Friday afternoon telling me that it wasn't in stock and the pick something else?! Really? The day of delivery?! I'm so disappointed with your service and the flowers still haven't been delivered, even after I get this email below saying that BOTH had been delivered! 

Order Number XXXXXXX. Please refund my money on the order immediately. I will order elsewhere.
