Details and Scribbles Personalized Running Quote Sign Giveaway: Day 10

My friend Jessica, started a blog called Details and Scribbles because she wanted a place to share her creative ideas. She has been an art lover for as long she can remember, and she has so many ideas from everything from jewelry to graphic design which leads to many projects and room full of craft and art supplies (trust me, I've seen it!). She has loved the look of words and letters in art even before she knew that hand lettering was a thing. A couple years ago she found the hand lettering hashtag on Instagram and it motivated her to take it more seriously and practice all the lovely forms she sees. She has tried drawing letters, painting letters, and most recently taking classes for pointed pen calligraphy.

Jessica is giving away one 8x10 or 5x7 handmade sign and you can choose from any of the pictures below. The two pieces below she has hand lettered, scanned into Photoshop, and fixed up with Illustrator. One can be customized with the runner's race and name.

Lately she has started using her watercolors for lettering and these little quotes are so much fun. The giveaway winner can have one of these, or if they have a favorite quote, she can do it for them.

These unique pictures are perfect to add to your motivational wall or hang up right in front of your treadmill. It would also make a great gift for any runner training for a big race or just needs a little extra motivation. I actually have two of Jessica's signs on my motivational board in my kitchen. She drew the NYC skyline with the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man and the one that says "Run like there's a hot guy in front of you and a creepy dude behind you."
