Last night I went to my first kickboxing class with a friend. It was no joke. I'm actually sitting here on my couch sore as hell with a heating pad like a little old lady. My abs hurt so bad, sneezing is a freaking nightmare.

I was pretty intimidated when I walked in and saw everyone, but I LOVED the class! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We got jump ropes, wraps and boxing gloves with the class. We did at least 6 minutes of jump rope then  MAJOR ab work, and of course boxing. We also did kicks, push ups and lunges that were killer. No wonder you can burn over 800 calories a class! I have never sweat that much before!

I'm looking forward to our next class on Monday!
